"We don't have a good track record of political efforts to solve global problems. We have a better track record of using technology across global teams working together."
"Skepticism is exactly the right place to be. Because there’s a push to say: Let’s go learn more about it. It would actually be worse to think that there's a shiney technology that will solve it for us."
[ME] Agree with the problem of thinking that there’s a shiny new technology that will solve it for us. But how to reconcile that with the idea that perhaps we’re better at coordinating to use technology to solve our problems vs. coordinating to use policy?
